How will I get my vouchers?
a. Your vouchers are sent electronically via email once your reservation is confirmed. If the reservation was made last minute, and you don't have an access to Internet, please call us toll-fee at 1 (877) 877-1222 and the vouchers may be faxed to your Hawaii hotel.
How do I get directions to the activities I book with you?
a. All pertinent information, including directions and/or pick-up locations and times will be stated directly on your vouchers.
What is your cancellation policy?
a. HawaiiActivities.com follows the activity provider's cancellation policy, and we will not charge ANY cancellation service fee on all cancellations made by the customer outside of the time indicated by the activity provider's cancellation policy. A full refund will be given if the activity is cancelled by the activity provider.

What time is it in Hawaii?
a. Hawaii does not experience a time change during the year. We are 6 hours behind the East Coast in the Summer, and 5 hours behind in the Winter. We are 3 hours behind the West Coast in the Summer, and 2 hours behind in the Winter.
