How will I get my vouchers?
a. Tickets are sent electronically via email or by fax to your Hawaii hotel - you decide on the check-out page.

How do I get directions to the activities I book with you?
a. All pertinent information, including directions and/or pick-up locations and times will be stated directly on your vouchers.

What is your cancellation policy?
a. HawaiiActivities.com follows the activity provider's cancellation policy, and we will not charge ANY cancellation service fee on all cancellations made by the customer outside of the time indicated by the activity provider's cancellation policy.  A full refund will be given if the activity is cancelled by the activity provider.

Prices... Fees?
a. HawaiiActivities.com represents some of the best activity companies in the islands. All prices listed on the site are direct from the activity providers themselves - there are absolutely no added fees and no gimmicks.

What time is it in Hawaii?
a. Hawaii does not experience a time change during the year. We are 6 hours behind the East Coast in the Summer, and 5 hours behind in the Winter. We are 3 hours behind the West Coast in the Summer, and 2 hours behind in the Winter.
